The Club is run on a voluntary basis with no wages, contracts or other compensation paid to committee members, officials or coaches. The constitution requires that Club assets always remain the property of “the community” and will never fall to an individual or a non community organisation.

Our grounds are owned by the Pine Rivers Shire Council and leased to the South Pine Sports Association, an amalgam of the individual clubs represented at the complex. We are an integral member of that Association and carry one vote in its management. We pay annual fees to the South Pine Sports Association representing costs of field maintenance and electricity. Our Club House was built by Bill Ireland Homes at the instigation, organization and funding of our club, and grants from the Queensland Government Department of Tourism Sport and Racing, The Gaming Machine Community Benefit Fund and the Jupiter's Casino Community Benefit Fund.

In 1994, our Club struck an arrangement with the then Crushers Rugby League Football Club to use their QRL registered colours for our jerseys and the name “CRUSHERS” in association with our Club. The arrangement was terminated by the Crushers Leagues Club and the QRL in 2004 in a restructure designed to direct funding into junior development in South East Qld. Our Club has now registered the name “CRUSHERS” as a trademark (No. 1026682) for the legal entity and business name registration, The Albany Creek Crushers Junior Rugby League Football Club Inc..

CLUB LOGO
No one is entitled to authorize or use the Club Logo on any goods or documents without the prior minuted approval of the full Management Committee. The Club Logo can only be used on goods purchased, and or authorised by the Club.

NB: under 6 to under 10 do not play for points or have finals as there are no competition points allotted and their season commences on March 2011 and ends on August 2011.
